When picking up the package, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it or the package is wet, you should not pick up the package. In this case, please call us at +381 66 6047 010 or send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to sanitbox@galenikamagmasil.com and state the reason why you refused to accept the package. We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not appropriate, please call us no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment by phone +381 66 6047 010 in the period from 08 : 00 – 15: 00h every working day, or send an e-mail with your details (name, surname, phone) to the email address sanitbox@galenikamagmasil.com and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, we will respond and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.

The buyer exercises the official rights on consumer complaints for goods purchased through the online store on the basis of the Law on Consumer Protection.

The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

In case of return of goods or refund to the customer who previously made a payment to one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Galenika Magmasil Chemical DOO is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro methods payments. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
