In Galenika Magmasil Shop, purchases are possible with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Dina cards.

In this case, you need to send us an e-mail within 45 minutes after sending the order, in which you will indicate which error is in question and inform us to cancel the order. Then it will be canceled. If you do not do it within the specified time, it is possible to return the goods, but in that case we charge you a commission of 2% of the value of the item (minimum 300 dinars + VAT per item). The deadline for starting the return procedure is 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the goods.

For now, there is no possibility of delivery outside the territory of Serbia.
All you have to do is select the desired product and enter the address to which you want to send the gift in the order note. What you need to pay attention to is that you must never choose cash on delivery, because then the bill will reach the person you want to send the gift to. So choose another payment method. As soon as we post your payment, we will send a gift to the person you want.
When you click on the „Submit order“ button, the message „Your order has been successfully completed“ will appear on the screen and the e-mail you entered and use to purchase will receive an order confirmation with all the products you have ordered.
All you need to do is enter your Username first and click on the „Forgot your password?“ Link. Then, in the window that will open, enter your e-mail address that you forwarded to us during registration. In a short time, your password will arrive at this address and you will be able to use our services without interruption.
If you have forgotten your username, contact us by e-mail, present the problem and request that we send you the username with which you registered on our site.
You can change your information when you log in to our site with your username and password and access the „My Account“ page. Here, you can also change other data related to you personally, view your orders, their statuses and favorite products.
